On-demand remote assistance

Simple, secure remote support with RhubArx.

When something breaks, you shouldn’t have to fight it alone. Download our secure remote support tool and a RhubArx engineer can view your screen and help fix the issue with your permission.

How to run the desktop support tool:
  1. Download the ZIP file for your Windows or macOS device.
  2. Extract the ZIP:
    – Windows: Right-click → Extract All…
    – macOS: Just double-click it
  3. Windows: double-click start-rustdesk.cmd to launch the preconfigured RustDesk client.
  4. macOS: double-click RhubArx-RustDesk.command to open RustDesk with your secure connection settings.
  5. Read the ID and one-time password to your RhubArx engineer.
  6. Close RustDesk when finished. The connection ends immediately.
Need help with an iPhone or iPad? (screen sharing)

We can’t tap or control your iPhone/iPad directly, but we can see your screen and talk you through what to do.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the RustDesk page in the App Store and install the app.
  2. Open RustDesk once so iOS registers it for screen recording.
  3. Open Control Center:
    – iPhones with Face ID: swipe down from the top-right corner
    – iPhones with a Home button: swipe up from the bottom
  4. Press and hold the Screen Recording button.
  5. Choose RustDesk from the list and tap Start Broadcast.
  6. Go back to the RustDesk app and read your ID to your RhubArx engineer.
  7. When we’re done, stop the broadcast from Control Center to end screen sharing.

Desktop is preferred for full support. On Windows and macOS we can fully control your session. On iPhone/iPad we can only view your screen and guide you; Apple does not permit remote control of iOS devices.
